It was a chance hearing of Berlioz's Harold in Italy (inspired by Byron's Childe Harold's Pilgrimage - a wonderful example of how words have informed and stimulated so much beautiful music - that suggested this series to Paul Dean, which he has curated with leading Brisbane literary identity, Craig Munro. Join us for these three fascinating concerts that celebrate the bond between music and the written/spoken word and the fascinating interactions between the two.
